RFP - Spokane Public Library - Customer Self-Service Solutions

The Spokane Public Library is seeking proposals for Customer Self-Service Solutions. The Library is currently in a multi-year bond project to remodel four existing libraries and build three new libraries (one main downtown branch, two regional branches, three neighborhood branches and one event space). Vendors are encouraged to submit proposals for one or more of the following solutions. • Self-Check Outs • Security Gates • Smart Returns Interior and exterior • Staff Stations (add to Attachment A) • Automated Materials Handling • After-hour Library Access System • Self-Service Customer Printing • Public Computer Reservation System • Library Vending Machines • Reporting Functions.
